Is your embroidery done by a machine?
All french knotted embroidery is hand embroidered by me, the process is very time consuming but also very rewarding. Each piece is made with a lot of patience and love. The machine embroidered patches are designed and embroidered in my home studio by me!Do you accept custom orders?

Probably Yes! Just send me an email through the store in the contact section with your request. Just note that if the item is a re-make of an item that has been sold out that there may be slight differences due to the handmade nature of the item. I'll always do my best to make it exactly alike but I am not a machine :)
Do you do wholesale orders?
I am a one woman team and make everything by hand so I am not able to do wholesale orders sorry!)
I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
I try to sent each patch over 50 euros with a tracking number so you will be able to track your package. All other machine embroidered patches are sent priority mail but with no tracking to keep shipping cost low. Please allow for the total number of time listed, International packages can take up to 4 weeks. If the 4 weeks has come and gone please contact me and let me know and we will try and figure something out!
